Our program provides every participating student and parent with consistent, age-appropriate, evidence-based content focused on academic success, behavioral expectations, decision-making, digital safety, attendance, motivation, mindset, and belonging. This becomes your school and district-wide Tier 1 prevention curriculum with no prep required.

STUDENT-LED PREVENTION & CULTURE (SWELL TEAM)
Swell (short for Student Wellness) is a student-led peer support and leadership program that strengthens belonging and early help-seeking. Swell is built on Positive Psychology and Growth Mindset Strategies that empower students to:
- Build positive school culture
- Increase student belonging and engagement
- Reduce isolation
- Normalize asking for help
Students often notice concerns before adults do. Swell adds a powerful, student-driven layer of protection.
CULTURE & CLIMATE VISIBILITY
Weekly student feedback provides insight into wellness, engagement, confidence, and school climate. This data is aggregated into clear, leadership-ready insights, revealing trends before they become crises.
TARGETED SUPPORT
OPTIONAL REAL-TIME TEXT SUPPORT (15–20% OPT-IN)
When students choose to opt in or are enrolled by staff, SchoolPulse provides proactive engagement (twice a week - evidence based content), real-time emotional support from trained professionals, early intervention, and escalation to parents and school professionals when necessary.

EARLY INTERVENTION & RESTORATIVE TOOLS
Schools using our system have access to a comprehensive library of Student Success Activities, restorative and preventative discipline interventions, and behavior specific modules. Module topics include vaping, bullying, conflict, attendance, and more. We are continually adding content to our activity and intervention library.
